Our company is a high technology enterprise specializing in the technological research & development, design, construction, manufacture and installation of active lime kilns.

In response to the subject of "developing the green low carbon economy on a global scale", our company has made active efforts to research & develop the applications of energy conservation and environmental protection technologies in the field of lime kilns and dolomite kilns for the past few years. Our company firstly originated an annular double-shaft lime kiln, which is the world's first double-shaft kiln that can produce active lime with pure blast furnace gas with less than 750kCal of heat value per normal cubic meter.

Our annular double-hearth vertical kiln is a new type of modern kiln which has been developed by our company and has gone through many years of practical application. Our company has the full intellectual property right of this kiln and has obtained a national invention patent for this product.
Our company is featured by:
1. Advanced design principles: A Parallel-flow heat-accumulation calcining mechanism is utilized: Parallel flow means the combustion-support air and fuel and materials all flow in the same direction from the top to the bottom of the calcining zone, realizing the gradient combustion of the materials. This will completely prevent the overburning of lime. At the same time, the materials in the cooling zone are mixed with the cooling air which blows in the opposite direction and quickly cools the materials to boost the activity of lime. Heat accumulation means that the flue gas produced by calcination goes through the channel and enters the other hearth to preheat the materials in the preheating zone. In this way, the residual heat of the flue gas can be recovered and the temperature of the materials in the preheating zone can be high up to about 800C. After the direction is reversed, the combustion air will pass through the preheating zone from the top to the bottom, getting preheated up to about 650C in order to accumulate heat and save energy. Therefore, the annular double-hearth kiln has the lowest unit energy consumption among all kiln types when it comes to lime production.
2. Reasonable structural design: 1) An advanced annular design is used to even the clearance between the outer ring and the inner ring and evenly distribute the air currents in the kiln hearth. 2) A unique channel design results in a broader channel space. As a result, the flue gas passes through the channel more smoothly and most of the dust in the flue gas naturally deposits in the channel and later gets dumped by a dust dumping funnel at regular intervals. This effectively prevents the channel from being blocked. 3) An optimized design of refractory materials narrows the range of applicable refractory bricks of the annual double-hearth kiln to just 6 types and thus greatly reduces the complexity of brick types.

At present, we are capable of designing and building 200~600t/d active lime kilns for our customers. The annular double-hearth kiln technology has been successfully applied in Jiangsu Province, Fujian Province, Shandong Province and Liaoning Province.
